| "MASHED POTATOES" By: George Roulston 2 Cups Water 1 Tsp Salt 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine 2 Cups Hungry Jack Potato Flakes 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper 1/2 Cup Milk Directions: Boil 2 cups water, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 cup butter in a large pot. Remove from heat and add 2 cups Hungry Jack potato flakes, 1/8 tsp black pepper and 1/2 cup milk. Stir potato flakes until slightly creamy. Serving for 4...Enjoy!! *From George's Kitchen* |
| "SWEET POTATO BAKE" By: Pamela Barton 3 Cans (15 oz.) Sweet Potatoes, Drained 1/4 Cup (1/2 Stick) Butter or Margaine, Melted 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp. Salt 1/4 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg 3 Cups Miniature Marshmallows Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Beat sweet potatoes, butter, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish, top with marshmallows. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until sweet potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned. |
